OUR ROLE

Costante Group will serve the role of Gameday Director for the Connecticut Sun and provide hands-on leadership in the areas of event presentation and production logistics to establish the framework necessary to ensure that all available resources are maximized and implemented properly to create one cohesive presentation that delivers an “authentic” experience and added value to all stakeholders (fans, partners, participants, organization).

EXECUTION

• Serve as Game Director for twenty (20) Connecticut Sun regular season games at Mohegan Sun Arena
• Manage Connecticut Sun game operations, including facilitating a seamless and cohesive event presentation through proper timing, transitions, and execution of rundown
• Manage communications in connection with other responsibilities (e.g., production meeting, broadcast liaison, League Event Presentation meeting representative)
• Develop gameday rundowns
• Coordinate PA book/scripts
