Event Presentation & Production Specialist
Costante Group is lead by Don Costante, a seasoned sports and event marketing consultant specializing in event presentation, promotions and sponsorship fulfillment. Since 1994, he has been enhancing sports experiences for premier sports organizations within the NBA, NFL, MLB, WNBA, NHL and NCAA.
As the Senior Director of Event Presentation & Production for Major League Baseball's Kansas City Royals, Don currently oversees all aspects of Royals event presentation, production and special events, including creative direction, concept development, theme, content and execution. He has become particularly adept at utilizing new and developing technologies to connect with fans and sponsors on every level.
From 1999 to 2007, Don was the Director of Game Operations & Promotions for Spurs Sports & Entertainment’s three franchises (San Antonio Spurs – NBA; San Antonio Silver Stars – WNBA; and San Antonio Rampage – AHL). During his tenure, Don wrote, directed, and produced over 370 NBA games including three NBA Finals and three City Championship Celebrations. He supported the generation of over $25 million from corporate partnerships annually.
Prior to his tenure at Spurs Sports & Entertainment, Don was the Director of Marketing & Promotions and Corporate Sales at the University of Memphis from 1997 to 1999. From 1994 to 1997, Don worked at North Carolina State University as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions for the Wolfpack.

Marketing and Advertising Specialist
Michael Plummer is an experienced marketing specialist with a strong background in the marketing, advertising and promotion of NBA, WNBA and AHL franchises, as well as Division I collegiate athletic programs. He’s an idea generator who pushes beyond traditional boundaries and thinks outside-the-box. Whether the goal is to develop brand recognition or create an unparalleled experienced for a client, Mike knows the right platforms to accomplish any task.
Michael held various marketing and game operation positions with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, including Director of Marketing for all three Spurs franchises (San Antonio Spurs – NBA, San Antonio Silver Stars – WNBA, and San Antonio Rampage – AHL). He was responsible for the creation and execution of team marketing plans, as well as collaborating with external advertising agencies to develop marketing strategies and campaigns. He supervised the production of all franchise advertising materials, including general market media (print, TV and radio), and provided marketing and advertising insights to sponsorship sales teams. |

Producer and Video/Graphics Post-production Specialist
Kyle Hamrick is a seasoned producer, motion designer, video editor and sound designer. Since 2003, he has served as a video editor and motion designer for various Kansas City production companies and has worked as an independent media producer.
After several years in advertising and corporate production, Kyle moved into the field of sports entertainment. Most recently, he served as the project manager and motion designer for DXD Sports/RiverKey Creative in Kansas City, where he created or directed the creation of both in-stadium and broadcast entertainment elements for teams such as the Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds, Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, San Antonio Spurs, San Diego Padres, Tampa Bay Lightning and Washington Nationals, in addition to numerous projects for non-sports clients.
His experience with a wide range of clients has allowed Kyle to develop a special understanding of designing for the unique sizes and aspect ratios of the video boards used in stadiums, as well as the creative process required to keep fans engaged. |

Producer, Writer and Editor & Production Specialist
Known for his inventive and outside-the-box style, Zach Dierks helps create in-game presentations that not only look great but have the emotion behind them to generate a truly interactive experience for fans.
Beginning his career in the world of broadcast, Zach later turned his focus to the sports world as director of in-game entertainment for the Springfield Cardinals. After relocating to Kansas City, he spent two years at DXD Sports/RiverKey Creative, producing content for the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds, as well as numerous corporate clients. |

Client Services Specialist
A highly regarded sports marketing professional, Beth Roche has more than 16 years of experience in client services, events, consumer promotions, youth marketing and fan engagement, including 11 years with the National Football League, focusing on sponsor fulfillment and activation, platform development, and event execution.
Most recently, Beth served as Director of Client Services for the New York Giants, where she and her staff were responsible for the execution of more than $35 million in contractual assets for all Giants sponsors. During her six years with the Giants, Beth oversaw the management of all marketing, media and gameday elements, as well as corporate events for the team’s more than 100 sponsors.
Beth was critical in the creation of new content and the renewal of Giants’ partnerships, managed Giants brand messaging, and was responsible for developing Giants youth-focused marketing platforms . She was also responsible for planning and activating all Giants marketing events, in which she oversaw operational procedures, client and fan involvement, sales efforts, and event-day execution.
From 1999 to 2004, Beth worked at the NFL headquarters. She began her career there running retail and fan promotions in the Consumer Products department, then spent four years in the Club Marketing group, working directly with the NFL clubs.
Prior to working in the sports industry, Beth spent five years in the children’s brand marketing industry. She spent one year as Marketing Manager for the Britt Allcroft Company (Thomas the Tank Engine) and three years as Marketing Manager at the Jim Henson Company, overseeing the Muppet portfolio in international territories. |

Sponsorship Sales/Business Development Specialist
Mike Behymer offers over 25 years of experience in strategic consulting and planning for revenue valuation, business development, sponsorship sales, event planning, ticket sales, inventory development and sales training.
Previously, Mike worked for Learfield Sports, serving in three management positions, including general manager of Mizzou Sports Properties at the University of Missouri, Senior Vice President of Learfield Sports’ Midwest division, and Senior Vice President of product development and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Learfield Sports, Mike was Senior Vice President for the Kansas City Blades professional hockey team. Before that, he was Director of Marketing and sales for the Kansas City Royals. Behymer began his professional career with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics in 1985. |
Event Management Specialist
Jason is a 15-year veteran in the professional sports and entertainment industry. His specialties include: content and programming development, partner activation execution and talent management.
As a Senior Coordinator for the National Basketball Association’s Events and Attractions department from 2005-2011, Jason successfully developed, organized and executed numerous grassroots and live events worldwide. He managed events all over the United States including several mobile touring programs for the league’s top partners. His international experience includes producing high profile events in Taiwan, Russia, Korea, Spain, France, Philippines, Brazil, Singapore, Mexico and more.
Jason began his career in 1997 working for the New York Knicks marketing department and quickly expanded his role to include developing events for the New York Rangers, New York Liberty and Radio City Entertainment. He also worked at a sports marketing firm in New York where he developed marketing opportunities for professional athletes and Hollywood celebrities including product endorsements, fund raisers and personal appearances. |
